LIBERTYVILLE — Cawley Chicago announced the recent 18,308-square-foot lease completed at 2441 Commerce Drive in Libertyville. Principal David Conroy alongside Senior Vice President Timothy Gallagher, SIOR and Associate Joe Shapiro represented client and property owner Plymouth Industrial REIT, Inc., in the transaction.
Tenant, RE3D Tech, who took the remaining space, will join A-S Medications, bringing the building to 100% occupancy.
“We were very happy with our client, Plymouth REIT’s vision and execution on this deal. It was a challenging space that had previously been a call center, but we were able to position it as an air-conditioned warehouse with minimal modifications which was appealing to a number of manufacturing companies in the area,” Conroy said.
